The best way for me to winterize a spring/summer dress (and not have to worry about constantly pulling up a strapless dress) is to wear it over a blouse or sweater of some sort. It always helps when you're itching to break out of winter wear but the weather is still not permissive. Or when you just feel like being a rebel. As you can tell, I like to live on the edge.
