The first time I saw this dress, I was a gonner. It's loud, colorful, neon, and oh so printed. Not to mention crew necked and flouncy. My mom saw me wear it and had to stop for a second and regroup. One of the coolest parts though, is that the two dress is composed of two different fabrics. The top t-shirt part is cotton, and the bottom part is a smooth poly-blend (think chiffon). So great. And so twirlable.
